Each issue of the All Missouri Shop Hop™ Magazine features several patterns by talented designers. Bonus patterns are also available in the free downloads area of our website. Fill out the form and bookmark the page for easy access.

We do our best to get the bonus patterns posted shortly after the magazine goes on sale each year. Sometimes it takes a little extra time if corrections are needed during the proofing process. All patterns should be posted by the start of the Shop Hop.

Carolyn Burgess & Heidi Herzog Dietz – Appliques Quilts and More
Carolyn and Heidi have been designing patterns and vending at quilt shows together since 2012. In 2023, Carolyn transitioned from an online studio to opening a quilt shop. The timing couldn’t have been better, with over 1,300 shoppers visiting during the Shop Hop. The success of the hop led to numerous online sales, returning customers, and custom orders. Their Mission is to provide you with quality unique products to help you create beautiful quilts, accurately and as easily as possible.  They offer a variety of appliques, silhouettes, quilt kits, patterns, and more, along with custom laser cutting. This year, they also added machine embroidery classes and monthly sit-and-sews with snacks!

Tiffany Chronister-Newton – Tia Lynn Design
A resident of Rural Missouri, Tiffany is the quilting force behind Tia Lynn Design, where she specializes in designing quilts that are easy to make, but intricate in appearance. A lifelong book worm and creative mind, she enjoys listening to audiobooks while sewing. When she’s not in her sewing room, Tiffany can be found cuddling her puppy or enjoying time outdoors.

Rena Blain – The Southern Bobbin
Rena is a quilt designer and pattern writer who founded The Southern Bobbin in 2016. From 2022-2024, she was an exclusive designer for The Quilted Cow in Missouri. With a passion to inspire, educate, and empower quilters, Rena publishes her own patterns and shares her love of quilting through virtual sews, classes, and tutorials on her Facebook group. Patterns can be found at southernbobbin.com. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and grandson.

Kathryn LeBlanc – Dragonfly’s Quilting Design Studio
Kathryn LeBlanc (also known as best-selling author, Kathryn Mykel) is a creative force in the quilting world. A talented pattern designer and storyteller, she blends her passion for textiles with her love of mystery and heartwarming tales. Through both her sewing patterns and fiction novels, Kathryn inspires quilters and readers alike to embrace creativity, community, and connection. Doris Rice Cedillo – Cactus Queen Quilt Co
Doris began sewing at seven in Nevada, Missouri. Upon working at a local fabric store, her love of quilting developed, and she began teaching technique classes and workshops. She bought her first longarm machine in 1990 and after raising her family, she purchased her second longarm. Known as the Quilting Queen, she has expanded to pattern design, opened Queen’s Rustic Retreat for crafting getaways, and took over X-Blocks rulers and templates. She realized her dream to open a brick-and-mortar store, Cactus Queen Quilt Co – a full-service quilt shop – in 2018. Now based in San Antonio, Texas, Doris continues to teach and inspire others with her work and expertise.

Terrie Welch – Quilters Journey
Terrie learned to sew from her mother, embroider from one grandmother, and crochet from another. A lifelong crafter, she taught herself to quilt and longarm 35 and 20 years ago, respectively. Terrie owns Quilter’s Journey in Salem, Missouri, where you may encounter animals including horses, cats, or her dog, Sadie. As a Certified Instructor for Studio 180 Design, Terrie teaches classes for her local Quilt Guilds and would love to visit your area to teach. Terrie lives on a farm north of Salem with her husband, Chris and dog, Sadie.

Marlene Oddie – KISSed Quilts
Marlene Oddie is an engineer by education, project manager by profession, and a quilter by passion. Based out of Grand Coulee, WA at her quilt shop, KISSed Quilts, she quilts for hire on a Gammill Optimum Plus, and especially enjoys designing quilts and assisting in the creation of a meaningful treasure for the recipient.
